Recording
John has plenty of experience strictly functioning as the main recording engineer. Whether you need someone to record basic tracks, help with overdubs, or work alongside the lead singer to capture a great vocal, New Recording can provide these services on an individual basis for your project.
Tracking Rate (Engineer Only)
Hourly: $40 (4 hr minimum)
Day Rate: $300 (8 hrs)
3 Day Block: $800
5 Day Block: $1,200
Weekend Lockout: $700 (16 hrs)
On-Location Recording services are available and includes a mobile Pro Tools rig with mics, cables and stands. Price is negotiable depending on the services requested.
Mixing
If you have already completed the entire recording phase of your project, and are now looking for an engineer who can give your tracks the polish they need, New Recording provides mixing services to ensure the last phase of production before being handed off to the mastering engineer.
Mixing Rate (Engineer Only)
1-3 Songs, Full Production: $250/song
4-12 Songs, Full Production: $200/song
1-3 Songs, Small Production: $200/song
4-12 Songs, Small Production: $150/song
Consulting & Rentals
Audio Consulting is available at an hourly rate for your church, venue, studio, etc. For any live audio needs, New Recording has a list of engineers available. Please contact for more information.

Designed for students, vocal auditions, or vocal demos. Bring in your backing tracks or your 1 accompanying musician. Includes recording, mixing and light mastering.
